In the new vision of school, she is necessary to exert the management for the culture, being looked for to intervine in all the symbolic aspects that allow to create the identity of the school, understanding the cultural and symbolic manifestations from the interests, of the differences and the conflicts, valuing, thus, the cultures, the subculturas and the cultivations, gifts in each organization. To exert the management for the culture means to know the interests, the desires, the values of the citizens inside of the school. She is necessary to dialogue on this and to create an identity that either shared for all. All need to be heard, to give opinions and to argue.

She is necessary to have conflicts of ideas, until if it arrives at a project shared for all. This is to inside create a culture of the school, way that all are identified with the project of the school and if they feel represented. Culture, in the direction not to have an exculpatory trend. So that the manager obtains to work inside of this perspective, is necessary to exert a democratic management, but, for such, she is necessary to know the principles well that base this new vision of school. First, the necessary manager to understand that democracy comes folloied of the autonomy. To exert the democracy and autonomy she is necessary to know the rights and the duties, that is, to know the law. After that, she is necessary to know what it is really democracy and autonomy. He is very common the people to think that to have autonomy he means not to give satisfactions nobody.

This is one deceit! After to have observed some articles of LDB 9394/96 we can arrive the understanding of that the school cannot more continue at the mercy of of projects elaborated for higher stages of appeal, without taking in account its real necessities. Also it does not advance to elaborate a project that does not translate the expectation of the pertaining to school community by means of a legitimate representation of its citizens. Therefore, a Politician-pedagogical project, that expresses the identity of the school is of responsibility of the pertaining to school manager who must involve all the citizens of the school in its elaboration and evaluation. Challenges of the educator-manager: To understand the school as complex organization; To adequately manage the interactions between the citizens of the school, a democratic form, creating a cooperation climate; To manage the interactions and retractions of the school with the community, by means of projects that involve the community and school; To consider the clutter as a necessary factor so that the order exists, a time that the clutter is so necessary to the life how much to the order; To make autocrtica and to lead the pertaining to school community to make autocrtica; To deal with the conflicts by means of the dialogue.
