The culinary and cultural competition for Frankfurt and Rhein-Main after five successful festivals is firmly established in the cultural calendar of the city the battle for the herbs. 49 Restaurateurs and numerous guest artists celebrate the Green sauces Arts in the Festival tent on the Frankfurt Rossmarkt, from May 11-18. At the end of a long week inclined and saturated audiences of the day winners that 7 different green sauces are best of all possible sauces and thus the best green sauce from 2013 choose the 500-strong audience every night, classically served with eggs and potatoes. Also – and of course included in the entrance fee – non-alcoholic beverages, cider, beer and wine prominent winemakers.? Through the Festival, cabaret artist Anton Le Goff performs with his band and the incomparable Hilde from Bornheim. Together they welcome another guest artist every evening.
