Information for the upcoming Germany start the 16.03.2011 starting vampire series true blood, which attracts already regularly millions of people on the screens in America, now also in German free TV. From 16.03.2011 series will be well every Wednesday from 22:15 on RTL 2. (Not to be confused with General Electric Co.!). The series true blood plays in the southern States of the United States of America in a fictional small town. Japanese scientists have managed to produce an artificial blood that so called Tru blood. This invention affects the world but more than intended. Because the vampires who have lived so far invisible among the people reveal their existence, because they need no human blood because of the invention of the Tru-bloods. However they are not all vampires behind this so called revelation.
Some factions of the vampires look at people as inferior beings and don’t see it somehow to form a society with the people. But others try to integrate in the human society and a vampire Convention, the main body of the Vampire, which is led by a Queen, trying to negotiate rights for the vampires. But also the people face the vampires differently. Some are tolerant and do not have anything against the slightly different “people”, but there are also many religious fanatics who would prefer the vampire of hell. The story of true blood to the waitress Stookie, who by chance meets the vampires Bill and this gets more and more contact with the vampires evolved in this environment. As ever in the German pay – to watch true blood TV was to buy the DVDs also now on german. It was interesting to see that the viewing figures in America rose only slowly.
Apparently, it was above all the word of mouth, which made the series so successful. However, this has a problem for all German fans of true blood. Also RTL 2 will need to look, that they get a good rate. If that does not happen, the series is set soon. Let us hope that RTL 2 proves to be enough patience. Soon will be also the first German-speaking true blood Sprout fan pages from the ground and it will be interesting to see who prevails.
